The Executive Gold Annual Retainer Agreement is designed for a minimum of twelve months, which can be and often is continued from year to year. This process allows the appropriate time to sort out alternative ways to accomplish your desired goals. Together with a qualified Corbin Group coach, you will design effective structures to ensure specific measurable results.
Accountabilities are well defined, so that it is no longer necessary for you or your management team to spend countless hours in non-productive meetings. Your work environment will alter, creating a culture in which each person takes responsibility for the accountability they were hired to do, rather than being policed into accountability.
The Executive Gold annual retainer tuition is paid in monthly installments of $5,000.00, and include many benefits. You as the business owner or CEO can participate in any of The Corbin Group seminars and Strategic Alliance Groups across the nation with no additional tuition expense. Employees that you wish to have participate in any of our Seminars will be provided a 25% Executive Gold tuition discount.
Access to a qualified Corbin Group coach is available seven days a week. We are here when you need us. Two scheduled coaching calls each month, lasting 2 hours each, ensure continuity in the coaching process, and provide an opportunity to address breakdowns as they occur. Your leadership team will better manage their circumstances rather than react to them.
