“I went in expecting old-school lessons and I was a bit surprised by the avant-garde approach.  I grew to love the relationship-based focus and how all of business is based around it. I’ve become more introspective to my ways of being and also being analytical both around my own communication and that of others.  I feel as though I have been able to take a step outside of situations and can analyze and manage conflict much more effectively and efficiently than I was before.  Rick and Nancy may come across as casual at first, but they know exactly what they’re doing, and it works!”
